MLM Business Building – Train your butt off, and then what?

MLM Business Building

What does it really take to skyrocket your MLM business building? Is the answer found in a book? Is it found in a seminar? Is it found in an MLM Business building event? How about a training webinar or two?

Well, let me tell you I’ve done all of these things, and the bottom line is, all the training in the world won’t make a lick of difference without action.

So, how do you get your butt in gear and start acting on what you have learned?

Nobody is going to put a gun to your head and say do it or else! Nobody is going to throw you in prison if you don’t start making some money in your MLM business building efforts or lack thereof.

The simple truth is, YOU have to make it happen, one way or another! You’ve completed the basic training, and just like an army of one, you go out there and make things happen.

But, you say, “I just don’t think I can do it – I don’t have the confidence because I have no proof that I know what I’m doing!” I know, I’ve been there, and most network marketers have been there too. You’re really pretty much thrown to the wolves when you first get started.

So, how do you get past this blockage?

There are a few ways to get your MLM Business Building accomplished.

One, find someone else in your area, and create a buddy system. You know in the army, everyone has a battle buddy. Battle buddies stay by each other and help each other when one is in trouble. One can never be lost – if they’re lost, they both are lost, and they put their heads together to find a way out of the situation. A battle buddy pulls the other to safety in times of danger, and a battle buddy never leaves the other to die on the battlefield.

A battle buddy knows basic first aid and when one is wounded, the other stablizes the wounds and gets him or her back to camp where the wounds can be attended to and healed.

If you’re lucky enough to have a battle buddy in your area, you will go far fast. I have recently heard of this battle buddy system being done in the Tampa area, by a leader who helped another recruit do her first Business Meeting.

This representative has been with the company for a while, but nothing was happening. She reached out to our Facebook community and asked for help! The great part is, the leader who helped her, is not even in her upline! He was more concerned about helping the wounded soldier to safety and success, than about his bottom line.

I am humbled by this example and proud to say it was within my company – Numis!

We are all in this world together, and when one rises up, we all rise up!

The second way to get past your blockage is to become part of a 100 Day Biz Builder Challenge. These challenges are geared more towards MLM business building using online methods such as blogging and social media.

The 100 Day Biz Builder Challenges are cross MLM Business building

– meaning, there are people from many different companies participating in them, and the only criteria is you have to be part of MLSP.

Many network marketers have exponentially grown their MLM business building downlines, increased blog traffic by hundreds and even thousands, lowered their Alexa ranking and fattened their wallets just by being a part of the challenge!

If you are still struggling with your business, and you want to get that online battle buddy experience over the next 100 days, click on this link. A new 100 Day Challenge is about to begin. But you have to register before the end of the day on March 5th, 2012 to be part of it. The actual start date is Thursday, March 8th. Register NOW! The door closes at midnight, and won’t open again for at least 100 days or more!

If you train your butt off and still are not getting results, then you need to take one of these two options.

Your MLM Business building efforts will reward you personally, and financially!

Very true Val. I like the saying if it is going to be it is up to me.

This profession does take a lot of work but the rewards are so worth it.

I have also found that dividing my business plans into 90 day segments works best for me. There are 4 of the every year, and I typically can stay focused for 90 days…what do you think?

    Hey Val,
This post is a good one! Having an accountability partner and being part of a mastermind of people are life changing experiences, not only business changing. Why? Because if we attend few challenges, we create new connections, take massive action and do things that we never done before. I’m grateful for the challenge I’m now and look forward for the next one 🙂

    Thanks for sharing your insights!
    Be blessed,
    Radu

Val, thank you for the visuals: battle buddies pull each other to safety, they know first aid to stabilize the wound etc…I think I need to become a part of this challenge. I’ve been hearing buzz about it for a while, but I think it’s time I take action and join. Thanks for the info! Juli
